UX Rules!

UX, or "user experience" for the noobs, is one of the most important things to consider when crafting your digital strategy. You have to keep in mind that while you know your brand and what all the cute and clever naming conventions you want to use means, the first-time visitors to your website will likely just get confused. You have to approach digital with your visitor/customer in mind, not so much what you like or think is "cool".

One of the ways that we can help in this particular area is through UX Audits. What we do for you here is we use one of our in-house UX auditors to blindly (meaning having no prep or coaching) go to your digital assets (website, mobile app, etc.) and go through it the same as your real visitors are.
