Brevard Physician Associates is the company created from a merger with Brevard Anesthesia Services, Pa. (BAS Florida).  BAS Florida was our very first client, when we started the company back in 2000.  We took their old Cold Fusion website and moved it into PHP and that site stood up for several years.  Then recently, they let us know that they were merging with another company to become Brevard  Physician Associates.  This new company would expand from just providing Anesthesia services, to also include Emergency Medicine and Radiology.

In addition to needing to move into a mobile-friendly CMS, they also wanted an alternative to the Sharepoint intranet they were using as the per user cost was exorbitant.  So, we proposed an open-source replacement, custom built from the ground up, using Drupal.  Because we had created a similar intranet system for a previous client, much of the base of the system was reusable therefore we were able to pass that savings on to the client.  The new intranet provided a highly complex level of permissions to a over 200 users, with multiple roles and titles.

In addition to the responsive web design for the public website, we provided a significant amount of new content and also introduced a blog that they have not previously had.

Both the front-end, public-facing website and the back-office intranet were highly successful for the client and helped them to capture users they did not previously have and also helped to solve an economic problem with their old intranet.
